Determine WHAT WORKED/WHAT DIDN’T and WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. It’s really as simple as that. It’s easy to write-out (Yes, I mean, write with an old school pen and paper 😉 a whole page of goals but, often that can feel overwhelming. My business coach shared with me to write them all down, but, then pick my * TOP 3* that I want to prioritize in the next year. For me, in 2019 that was specific financial goals, business development goals and time management goals.
